Dear Friends,
Now, that we are close to Passover, let me share our special way to welcome Pesach in Scheiber Sandor Gimnázium (SSG) this year.
We had our Pesach Seder in SSG, together the entire middle school and high school.
We were honored to get the opportunity to tell all the students about our GAP Ambassador experiences.
We showed our amazing video of Budapest, made by Benedek Kálló, which was the introduction of what we were going to be there for. I introduced our program, talked about SOS International Enriching Jewish Identities, about Beth Tfiloh Dahan Community School and also shared the very important fact that we had been connected to each other for seven years now.
After this short introduction SSG students shared their life transformative experiences that they had in BT. One by one. It was so lovely to see them talk that way. They have become real Ambassadors who I am extremely proud of.
We showed two more videos of our amazing week. Thanks to Benedek Kálló, Samuel Ecsedi we shared a great slide show and due to BT students we presented Episode 6 of BTTV which was a real show for all the school.
Now we can see that this Program has become our common Mission, a real adventure for all of us.
We have had the best week of our life regarding either the sacred parts or the social parts of it.
Now we know that the Gesher Ambassador Program (GAP) is in the best track where it can be and we sincerely hope to see our beloved BT pals in Budpest in December 2023.
