Well being for ourselves and those affected by the war

In the morning, we provided feedback to the organizers of the entire program and then divided into morning prayers. We had the option to choose from meditation, walking, yoga, arts and crafts, and more. In groups, after a light snack, we wrote Shabbat wishes for various people or letters for Israeli families affected by war. Then we split up for different classes until lunchtime. After lunch, students told us about the school parliament and how the school operates. It was enjoyable to listen to, especially because they gave us donuts to munch on. The yellow school bus then took us back to the hotel, where Shabbaton would soon take place.
